ELEGANT HOMES is a family owned and operated home building and land development company based in Dallas, Pennsylvania. For over twenty years we have specialized in custom home building throughout Luzerne and Lackawanna counties.
Over the last few years our main focus has been an 85 acre exclusive development called AMBER WOODS located in Shavertown, Pa. Natural beauty abounds in the mostly wooded area with picturesque stream running through the middle of it and is insured by protective covenants. Large lot sizes from 1 acre up to over 5 acres create the sense of living in the woods with all the benefits of a development such as underground utilities and township roads. One of our goals is NOT to build the same design twice. This creates challenge, but makes for a very diversified and uncommon neighborhood.
Another project we are currently involved in is townhouse development in Kingston Pa. We are trying to convey the quality and craftsmanship of our custom build homes into this twin units. For example our standards include: marble and ceramic tile floors, granite kitchen vanity tops, cherry cabinets and hardwood floors. We want to make them special and we think we’ve succeeding in accomplishing that.
Our latest upcoming project is 15 acre development in Hanover Twp. called SUNNY HILLS. Two new roads will be lined with 46 luxuries twins. All underground utilities, attractive design , great value and closnest to major highways are sure wining attributes of this development.
The small size of our company lets us stay focused on current projects and dedicate our full attention to them. We are striving to assist and satisfy our customers needs before, during and after construction. This builds a strong relationship with our customers and keeps them coming back to us for all their construction needs.
